    • Hi Apekshit,
      If your score is less than 130 or 120, you will get an NLU that is lower in the list. If highest marks is around 165+, and the student is in general category might not get any NLU. We would suggest, you wait till 23rd and then take a call accordingly.

      In case you feel there are any discrepancies, you can challenge the same till 15th May 2016.

      At a score like this, you might get last colleges in the 3rd or 4th list, subject to seats availability. However, it will depend upon the highest score, so we suggest to wait till 23rd May.
      Also, you may visit the CLAT official website to check which all private colleges accept CLAT score.

      With your score, chances are bleak for Mumbai. Anyways, keep your fingers crossed and wait till the 23rd. Post the result on 23rd May, the colleges will update the cutoff in a day or two. We will also be in a position to guide better thereafter.

      Getting a call is as per the college cut-off, highest score and your preference marked.
      I know its difficult to wait but no choice, will have to wait till the 23rd.
      Though, I would say, if you feel that there is any discrepancy in your score as per the released answer key, then you have the option to challenge the same now – infact, till 15th May.

  53. Can I get into NALSAR with 149.75.. Which probably might morph into 152.50 if CL’s claim on those two erroneous questions in the CLAT paper are accepted?

     

  59. Ma’am I have scored a meagre 148…WBNUJS has been my dream college…the expected cutoff list says 150 and CL LST is a name of authority amongst pan-India CLAT coachings and there is no reason to doubt the accuracy of its expected cutoff list…still, you think I have any chance of making it?

      You can expect a call from NUJS. Wait till 23rd, once the result is out we will be in a better position to tell you, which college you might get.

    • Hi Shubhang,
      There are no chances of getting a call from any of the NLUs in the first list.
      However, you may refer to the other institutes that accept CLAT score.

    • In case you are not taking admission after first list, then in that case you are forfeiting your chance. So Lock it with Upgrade option.

    • Hey,
      Suppose your are getting call from Jodhpur, in that case lock the option Jodhpur with an Upgrade option. So, in 2nd List if students with 143,25 is getting NUJS, they will consider you also. But in case you fail to lock your admission in first list, you are forfeiting your chance.

  181. I also had a doubt regarding the process. Suppose we get Lucknow in first list. Then we lock and upgrade it, so if we get Patiala in end list and we don’t want to go for Patiala, would we still have the option to go for Lucknow??

     

    • Yes. Locking here means taking admission. So if you don’t want to go for Patiala, you will have Lucknow in your hand.

    • If you get Jodhpur in first list, you will have to lock jodhpur and then you can put the option for upgrade. If you get any college in first list and you don’t participate in counseling or if you don’t lock the college, your chance is forfeited.

    i had oted for an upgrade at CNLU .patna was my 8th preferance.RMNLU is my 7th.still after the upgrade my name figures at cnlu though at a much higher position than before.if i go for an upgrade option again do i have even a minimal chance of scraping through to lucknow??do i wait for the 4th list??a quick reply would be appreciated as my family has to make the necessary arrangements as soon as possible

      You can go ahead with go for MNLU, Mumbai. It is very difficult to get admission at this score in general category. However, the second provisional list is out. Hope you have checked the same on MNLU Nagpur website.
