Good news for engineering aspirants! Applicants are invited for BITSAT 2018 entrance exam. Birla Institute of Technology and Science Aptitude Test (BITSAT) is conducted by Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) for admissions into its BE, Pharma and MSc programmes at Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad campuses.

BITSAT 2018: Application Form

The application form for BITSAT 2018 has been released. The last day to apply for the exam is 14th March 2018One can pay the registration fee of Rs.2450 (for female candidates) and Rs.2950 (for male candidates) using online or offline mode.

How to apply online

  1. Visit the official BITSAT website
  2. Read the instructions carefully and fill in your personal details
  3. Pay the examination fees

The exam will be conducted between May 16, 2018 and May 31, 2018 in two slots:

  • Slot I: 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM
  • Slot II: 02:00 PM to 05:00 PM

BITSAT 2018: Eligibility

The admission is allotted to those who have passed the 12th examination of 10+2 system from a recognized board or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and adequate proficiency in English.

A minimum 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects (if he/she has taken Mathematics in BITSAT) or a minimum 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects (if he/she has selected Biology in BITSAT) subjects in 12th examination, with at least 60% marks in each of the PCM/B subjects is required to be eligible for BITSAT 2018.

BITSAT 2018: Exam Pattern

The total duration of the exam will be 3 hours. The exam will be conducted in online mode. 3 marks will be given for each correct answer, -1 for each incorrect response. A total of 150 questions from Physics, Chemistry, English Proficiency, Logical Reasoning as well as Mathematics/Biology (For B.Pharma Candidates) will be asked in the exam.
