Great news for Medical aspirants- NEET 2017 notification is released.
Eligible and interested candidates are invited through NEET 2017 notification to fill in the application for admission to MBBS/MDS in medical and dental colleges. Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will be conducting National Eligibility cum Entrance Test 2017 under graduate exam- NEET 2017 UG exam on 7th may 2017.
Online submission of application form for NEET 2017 notification has started from 1st January 2017. Candidates can submit their application form till 1st March 2017. To view the actual NEET 2017 notification click here.
Eligibility criteria for NEET 2017:
Age limit: The applicant must not be less than 17 years of age at the time of admission or must complete the age on or before 31st December 2017. The upper age limit for NEET 2017 is 25 years as on the date of examination with relaxation of 5 years for candidates belonging to OBC/SC/ST category.
Nationality: Indian National candidates, Non Resident Indians- NRIs, Oversees Citizen of India- OCIs, Persons of Indian Origin & Foreign Nationals all are eligible to appear in NEET UG 2017 exam.
This year in all the seats of MBBS/BDS courses, admission will be made through NEET (UG) 2017. Hope you are aware of the notification shared earlier on Govt. & Pvt. colleges of Maharashtra to accept NEET scores.
NEET 2017 exam will be conducted in 80 cities across the country. The test will be held for admission into all medical/dental colleges except for AIIMS and JIPMER, Puducherry institutions which have been established through the Act of Parliament.
